The T.J. Power Hour

Saturday Night was the T.J. Adams show and we were just all there to watch.  Like the supporting role of Wilson in the Tom Hanks film Castaway, T.J. was the show, we all stayed silent in awe.  T.J. hit 6 homeruns in the final round of the homerun derby to take home the HomeRun Derby Title and then preceded to hit 2 homeruns in the All-Star Game (the 2nd hitting the 3rd base line of the field beyond the outfield wall) to lead the National League to the 7-2 victory.

Schedule is Updated FOR ENTIRE SEASON.

Each division will play their division rivals twice and then 4 interleague and interdivisional games.  Each American League team will play a National League team twice and Each National League team will have 4 interleague games.  Week 3 had a rainout and has been re-scheduled for August 5th, one of our built in rain dates.

The HRNABA

This is the HTO page for HRNABA. The HRNABA (Hampton Roads chapter of National Adult Baseball Association) is a league for adults who still wish to play the great game of baseball. The league is for adults 18-???.

The league has two divisions.  National League (a A/AA NABA level league) and the American League (a AAA NABA level league).  Teams play a 28 game schedule.  In order to compete in the league, teams must first pay an entrance or league fee.  The fees generally cover items related to on and off field, such as website, baseballs, field maintenance, and other expenses.  Any questions, comments or concerns about league fee and other league issues should contact President Will Somerindyke (HRNABA@aol.com).

Players looking to join the league are welcome to contact Dave Gressens, Head of Player Development, through the message boards.
