Games will be held at Arcadia Ballfields. Single elimination tournament. Please review schedules closely.

All regular season rules will be observed during the pre-season tournament!
Teams do not have to wear a uniform, we know most of the teams don't have them yet. Have players wear a shirt with a number.
Each team will supply a Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken stamped "new" game ball to the umpire at the home plate meeting. Coin flip for HOME team, all games.
Admission fee will be $4.00 (Tournament), children 12 & under will be admitted free. Players and Coaches (4) will be admitted in free. Please let your parents know this beforehand. Any postponed game(s) due to weather where a game is called there is NO REFUND. Parents will need to pay the gate fee when postponed game is rescheduled if at same location or at another location. Please let all parents know beforehand.

Tournament Pitching Rules will be used not Regular Season Pitching Rules.
TOURNAMENT RULES NOTES:
(1)Tournament Pitching Rules Apply:
Minor/Major Boys - 6 innings max per 2 consecutive games, no rest period
All pitching resets (starts fresh) at the start of the tournament, no matter when it starts...
(2)Time limits apply to all games until Championship Games
(a) Championship games - play full # of innings but mercy rule is still in effect.
(b) No ties; tournament rules apply - play extra innings (NOT tie-breaker) until winner.
(d) Teams must turn in their pitching (player(s) name and jersey number along with innings pitch) failure to do this could result in your team forfeiting game. Pitching will be posted after each game.

FOR BASEBALL: TOURNAMENT PITCHING RULES STILL APPLY, REGARDLESS OF HOW LONG BETWEEN GAMES, OR IF OVER MORE THAN ONE WEEK - ROLLING 2-GAMES...SEE ABOVE.

(DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS TOURNAMENT) In all warm up games pitchers can only pitch two (2) innings. If a pitcher pitches more than two (2) innings any warm up game those innings will carry over into bracket play.
