AGOURA HIGH SCHOOL LACROSSE

Great news! Agoura High School will move to Yellow Tier workouts beginning next week. This means that the team should be able to get back on campus very shortly. The athletic department is in the process of assigning fields for practice times and we will let you know as soon as we receive our field assignments.

This next part is VERY IMPORTANT so please read on: In order to be permitted to participate you MUST FIRST BE CLEARED. So if you have not yet completed your athletic clearance through Family ID, you must do it before next week so that you will be allowed to participate. Clearance and Covid protocols will be checked for each athlete before every practice. Complete your Athletic Registration/Clearance by following THIS LINK. 

Once you register and upload your physical on the above link, you will get an email letting you know that your registration is complete. If you are not sure if you completed it yet, you can sign in on the above link and check. Remember to print the physical form located on the above link and bring it with you to your physical. The doctor will fill it out and you will need to upload the signed form when you fill out your online athletic clearance.

HELPFUL TIP: If you still need a physical, AFC Urgent Care near the Starbucks and Yum Yum Donuts in Agoura provides quick walk-in physicals for $35 (no insurance or appointment needed). I have been told that there are no Covid patients in the lobby - Covid testing patients drive around back and do not enter the building so you can go in for a physical without worrying about being exposed. Exer Care in Westlake and Calabasas also take walk-ins for physicals.
