All participating teams 8U thru 18U must register with NAFA.  The $30 registration fee will allow your team to play in any of the NAFA qualifier tournaments for the 2019 season. The top four place finishers in each bracket of age group will be awarded berths to the Midwest & Northern NAFA Nationals.  

 

Instructions to register:

 

Step 1: Register With NAFA

NAFA registration $30 - On the website www.NAFAsoftball.com please fill out the NAFA registration form and submit your $30 annual fee.  You will get a NAFA registration number.  Until you get your number emailed to you when filling out registartion form you can enter pending in place of your NAFA number.

 

Step #2: Register for Tournament (You DO NOT need your NAFA number right away to register for the Tourney- see above)

Tournament Entry Fee:  

 - 8u: $325

- 10u - 18u: $420

Tournament Format  

 

Each team will play 3 pool play games and then seeded into a Silver or Gold Bracket. Single elimination bracket play.  The top four Teams in each bracket will be awarded a berth to the Midwest & Northern NAFA Nationals.

Bring on the Magic Refund Policy

 

Teams drop out within 30 days prior to the start date, no refund will be given.

Teams drop out 31-90 Days prior to start date - a refund will be given if replacement found. If no replacement can be found, a refund minus a $100 fee will be given. 

 

Full Tournament cancellation:

              U8 $150 refund will be given

              U10 thru U18 $200 refund will be given

 

First games in your age group of pool play have started and the tournament is cancelled, a $100 refund will be given. If two or more games in your age group have started, no refund will be given.
