Thank you to everyone who tried out for the 2021-22 Castle View CHSAA hockey team. With 46 registered players, this is the most players we've ever had try out for a team (CPHL or CHSAA) in program history. Every player made the coaching staff's decision incredibly difficult. 2021-22 Final Tryout Rosters
The players listed here should report to our final tryout tomorrow, August 12th, at 7:00pm at Family Sports Center. If your number is not listed, you should not report to our final tryout tomorrow as the coaching staff has already made a decision regarding your team placement.

2021 Sabercat Hockey Program Tryout Dates and Times Announced!
Sabercat Hockey Program is excited to announce that our fall CPHL tryouts have been scheduled for Tuesday August 10th through Thursday August 12th at South Suburban Sports Complex and Family Sports Center. Times can be found on our calendar. SHP will provide both Tier 1 Varsity and Tier 2 Varsity teams this fall. Please mark these dates on your calendar and keep an eye out for the opening of registration. The coaching staff will hold a season information meeting prior to tryouts. Look out for details regarding this meeting as well. Please direct any questions to Michael Dubus.
2021 Sabercat Hockey Summer Program Registration is Now Open!
Sabercat Hockey Program is extremely excited to announce the opening of our registration for the 2021 Summer Program! You can now register your player here. Please complete your registration in a timely manner as the first on-ice and off-ice sessions are set for Monday May 31st. 2021 Sabercat Hockey Summer Program Begins May 31st
Sabercat Hockey Program is pleased to announce that our 2021 Summer Program will begin on Monday May 31st! This summer, we will offer three on-ice sessions per week at Family Sports Center and the new South Suburban Sports Complex. We will also offer three off-ice workouts per week, as well as skill development from the top-tier coaches at ACES Hockey Academy. Please keep an eye out for the opening of our registration and contact Michael Dubus with questions.

2021 CHSAA Ice Hockey Final Tryout Roster

Castle View High School 2021 CHSAA Ice Hockey Tryout Groups
Here are the Tryout Groups for 2021 CVHS CHSAA Ice Hockey Tryouts, taking place this coming Monday January 18th, 2021! Group 1 will skate at 5:15pm at Big Bear, Group 2 will skate at 8:40pm at Family Sports. Go Sabercats!
January Voluntary Skill Sessions Sign-Up!
Come get ready for the 2021 CHSAA season with Sabercat Hockey! We will be hosting three on-ice skill sessions per week at Family Sports and Big Bear beginning the week of January 4th, 2021, and ending on January 21st, 2021. Players are limited to 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK and each session is limited to 20 players. If signing up for two sessions per week, the cost is $35 per session. If only signing up for one session per week, the cost per session is $40. Sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and payment must be received by the Monday of the week before your session in order to keep your spot. Registration For the 2021 CHSAA Ice Hockey Season Will Re-open on January 5th
Sabercat Hockey Program is excited to announce that registration for the 2021 CHSAA Ice Hockey Season wil re-open on Janaury 5th, 2021! Registration will only be open until Friday Janaury 15th at 3pm, so it is very important to register in a timely manner in order to be eligible for tryouts on Monday January 18th, 2021. Sabercat Hockey T1 Goalie nominated for Top Performance of 2020

Varsity goaltender Brayden Johnson has been nominated for the Top Performance by a goalie of the 2020 CPHL season. Senior varsity captain, Lathan Olson, captured the third Player of the Week win in the past 4 weeks for Sabercat Hockey. Varsity forward Turner Davis earned a nomination for the week of October 25th - 31st with his 4-assist game against Centaurus on October 30th. 2020 Sabercat Hockey Program CPHL Rosters

We will hold a joint practice for our Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams tomorrow from 5:15pm - 6:15pm at Big Bear Ice Arena. Additionally, our 2020 CPHL season information meeting will take place this Sunday August 9th via Zoom at 6 P.M. This meeting is mandatory for all players and for at least one parent per player.
