About Our Invites
TULSA ELITE SUMMER INVITE - The Annual Tulsa Elite Summer Invite started in 2011 with 4 fields and 16 teams, and has grown to become one of the Nation's Top recruiting events of the year. Hosted the first Friday-Monday in June immediately following the NCAA Division 1 WCWS, this event has become a "must do" event for those serious travel clubs and brings in well over 100+ college coaches every year and we only use ONE COMPLEX for all the 18U & 16U games to maximize exposure.

TULSA ELITE WILSON INVITE - After many teams asked for it, in 2017 we added a second Invite the Tulsa Elite Wilson Invite, which is hosted in July same time as Colorado events and preceding Nationals. This event has history of attracting over 70 college coaches each summer. Again, we only use ONE COMPLEX for all the 18U & 16U games to maximize exposure.

TULSA ELITE FALL INVITE - Bryant, Ark. After many teams asked for it, in 2022 we added a third Invite the Tulsa Elite Fall Invite, which is hosted in mid-October during the fall recruiting window. This event is hosted in Arkansas and had a decent turnout of college coaches in 2022.
The invite events have a history of drawing some of the Top programs in the Midwest including: Tulsa Elite, Texas Glory, Texas Bombers, Texas Blaze, Impact Gold, Nebraska Gold, Firecrackers, Oklahoma Athletics, St Louis Chaos, KC Peppers, KC Zephyrs, DeMarini Aces, Germantown Red Devils, KS Select, Top Gun Academy, Epic Fastpitch, Colorado Stars, and Many More!!
All 18U & 16U games are always played at ONE COMPLEX or if using TWO PARKS, they're very close together. Too many events have grown out of control to the point of losing their value. Our Invite events will always maintain hosting the 18U & 16U recruiting age divisions focused on catering to both the travel teams and the college coaches needs. Some other major events use 5+ parks and spread them out too much. In 2018, we had over 140 college coaches at the Summer Invite and over 80 college coaches at the Wilson Invite...at ONE PARK!! Refund Policy: (Revised October 1, 2013)
- If you enter* and the entire tournament is cancelled due to rain or some other unforseen event, we will issue you a refund by check up to one-half (1/2) of your paid entry fee may be refunded. The other one-half (1/2) of your paid entry fee will be non-refundable, due to pre-tournament incurred expenses. The non-refundable amount may increase at the sole descretion of the tournament directors, depending upon incurred costs for that tournament.
- If you withdraw from the tournament for any reason, after your team has been accepted into the tournament, your fees will be totally nonrefundable.
- If it is necessary to suspend a tournament, after you have played your first game, due to weather or some other unforeseen event, you will be credited for your games that you did not begin, minus one-half (1/2) of your paid entry. Your remaining credit will be refunded by check within 60 days following the tournament. The amount may increase or decrease at the sole descretion of the tournament directors, depending upon incurred costs for that tournament. 1 game played = 1/2 entry fee minus $150, 2 games played = 1/2 entry fee minus $300, 3 games played = 1/2 entry fee minus $450, 4 games or more played = NO REFUND.
- In the event of weather delays, the TD reserves the rights to alter the schedule including reduced time limits, changing format, etc. every attempt will be made to get in all games. If your team withdraws during the tournament due to delays, when additional games are still scheduled and available for your team, your fees will be totally nonrefundabl

**Exception: If you enter but we cannot fit your team into the tournament you can receive a refund, by check, for the total amount you paid or, upon tournament director approval, you may apply the total amount to a future tournament.
