Seals Novice cooled off by Jr. Scouts
1/6/2015

The Oakville Seals Novice squad was stopped in their tracks by the Long Plain Jr. Scouts in a 10-6 loss on Saturday in Oakville. Playing with their full complement of 10 skaters the Seals were unable to defrost and get their engines purring and the Jr. Scouts were quick to punish them. Jack Holmes, Andrew Buchanan and Colby Nikkel were among the few bright spots for the BIG RED MACHINE who didn't defend with their usual tenacity. Christopher Topfer was the unfortunate soul made to endure a barrage of shots from Kenyon Mousseau, Crosbey Spence-Myran and the rest of the Scouts snipers. The only true positive that emerged from the game was the Seals renewed sense of purpose as they embark on their second half schedule...
