Evening Tricity,  first order of business,  I pray that our Savior will place his long arms of protection around each of you as you travel back to your homes and place of rest. 

I'm so grateful for the parent support (each of your input) was instrumental in aiding me with this meet, from giving out pens, bids, armbands, hauling equipment,  setting up the tent, followup getting student athletes to their events, keeping me informed, and finally keeping order while I was all over the place. Again, I'm grateful.  

I'm so proud of each one of you that came and competed today and keeping your cool with all those nasty sand nats attacking our bodies, as I was yelling "breathe". I hope all of you had fun, did your best, and now understand competitive track, I know it was an eye opener for me. TriCity "we will get" better, see everyone at practice Monday at 6:15-7:30. 

What girl had the fastest 400 time from TriCity at the meet? And what was the time? I will bless you on (Monday)you must be the first one at practice to bring me the answer. Blessings Coach G
