The Schooners head to Yarmouth for the Cook's Cup this weekend to play 3 tough teams in PA, NKEC and PV. Last night was a big win at home over Halifax West. The win marks the first time in 3 years that they have beaten the Warriors and also gives the boys the most points they have have in 3 years with still 7 reg season games to play!
The game was a back and forth affair that ended in a 2-2 tie. In the shootout, Hands and EZ-Bake scored on their chances and Raddy; who played a fantastic game, closed the door on HW's second shooter to secure the win. Both regulation goals were scored by Abes with great feeds from Hands and Snakebit. Small Fry tallied the other assist to round out the scoring.
Should we start a pool on when that 1st goal is going to come?
