Congratulations to all of you that made a diligent effort competing this weekend, I know it was a challenge, but I'm extremely proud of each of you (student athletes, parents, siblings, coaches) not just this weekend but the entire track season. To all of you (22) that made it to the final round heading to the Junior Olympics here are some important notes that you need to know:

Cost: athletes 10.00 per event, 40.00 per relay +3.00 admin cost

Non athletes entrant fee(10.00 a day, 7-12 yr olds 5.00 per day, 6 & U free, 5 day pass 45.00, children 25.00)
Tents: can be place in the end zone and designated bleachers only, no roping off, no umbrellas in bleachers, coolers permitted (no glass, alcohol) no weapons, no smoking
All student athletes entrant fees "must" be paid NLT 16 JUL, meet closes 17 JUL
Awards: There will be an awards ceremony for the final 8 (respected events) 90 minutes after the event (photo opportunity) (top 8)"ALL AMERICANS"
All student athletes must report 40 to 45 minutes prior to the schedule event ready to compete and can’t leave the clerking area

For the track meet on 21 JUL at: Mt. Pisgah HS, 9820 Nesbit Ferry Rd
Alpharetta, GA 30022, the cost is 22.00 which starts at 3:00pm (field events) and 5:00pm (track events) the meet director is taking in account the heat that so many of you have expressed concern about throughout the year, finally this meet will be hosted in the evening hours. The fee has to be in on 11 JUL. Any of you can attend this meet, even if you have qualified for the JO. I really believe this would be a good closeout on a positive note.
