Also, in my spirit I want us to do a community event NLT 19 NOV 2018. Please go and purchase one ($5.00 dollars) a "throw"/blanket that we could present to nursing homes, underprivalage, homeless before the holidays.  In fact, challenge "ever"student athlete, business owner, civic group, church, soro, frat, masonic, social, uncle, auntie, granny, brother, sister, in other words everybody. I've prayed about the name and came up with "Keep Me Warm" would be fitting and show our communities that we are more than just a track team but one that cares about our fellowman. I'll start bringing one to practice so each one will see what I'm talking about. These throws/blankets can be purchased at Walmart, Family Dollar, so go and clean off their shelves, and join me in making this event a success, I'll like each student athlete to participate as a start of spearheading this event, our target goal is 200, we want to be a blessing this season.
