Morning TriCity, admin note: our schedule practice sessions for today & tomorrow are cancelled and "we" will resume on Saturday at Carver HS from 0900-1100, come prepared to train in your assigned events also please make a note on your calendars of the following dates:13 JAN 2019 (Showdown)& 10 FEB 2019 (National Championship), these are the dates for our indoor competititon in Birmingham, Al @ the Crossplex, as the New Year comes about I will give more data. For everyone that is "not" competing on your MS/JV/Varsity school teams (track, basketball, wrestling, swimming), I expect each of you to attend our schedule practice sessions so that we will be in competition shape for these upcoming meets, also remember "We Don't Need Wings To Fly", enjoy these Holiday Blessings (Our Savior, & Family), be aware of your surroundings, & most of all be SAFE.
