Morning TriCity, first of all we "all" need to be in Lawrenceville, GA Discovery HS 1335 Old Norcross Road at 0700am, the meet will start promptly at 0800 with the Triple Jump & 0830 with the 3000m run. Please bring your lawn chairs because we will setup in the grass, not the bleachers this time. They have over 900 student athletes competing in this meet, so expect a long, long day but I promise they will be more efficient (time conscience) than our last meet.

Once again, we will be competing in "all" solid black, sweat suit can be any color, have your student athletes bring their spikes, running shoes, throwing shoes, whatever they need to compete in. From my understanding our team moms will have refreshments for each one, we have just got to be mindful that they are doing more than the allowable events (this meet only) so watch them closely, and our area must be spotless before leaving. I'm pleased with the lane assignments that we have been assign, now all we have to do is go out and give it our all. Hydrate!!!!Hydrate!!!!Hydrate!!!!!  Drive safely (both offensively & defensively), be alert and call me when you depart our area and when you arrive
