Morning TriCity, first of all there is no practice today (15 MAY) but will resume tomorrow at our last practice session on Tuesday, parents it is plain and clear that our student athletes are not hydrating during the day which is a huge violation of our track & field (TriCity) by laws, I really need your help in making sure that they are drinking plenty of (water) long before they get to practice even moreso now that school is about to come to a close for this school term. For all the newly assigned student athletes I (WELCOME)  each one of you please bring me a copy of your birth certificate and "all" those (old & new) who have not paid your fees you are asked to do so NLT  20 MAY 2019. TriCity our next track meet will be 1 JUN in Oxford, Al please make a note that this is an "evening" track meet dubbed "Twilight Invitational" competing when the sun goes down, which will probably end in or around 11:00pm (2300hrs), this is not a misprint, also if you're needing a room for the night, there vacancies at Long Leaf Inn (on Anniston) the manager is very receptive of giving you my military discount rate and the rooms are nice, several members of our team have stayed there before (they don't serve a full course breakfast) or you can stay at one of your favorite chains, either way it's out of pocket. Below is the meet requirements as far as non athletes entry fee, they ask that you have the exact change ($10.00) to avoid any hiccups.

Again, keep in mind that this meet starts at 5:00pm (field) and 6:00pm (track) I would like everyone to be on site NLT 3:45 pm just to ensure we learn the layout, setup (tent city) which is roped off from the track (50meters), prayerfully I'll get there way before that and get us both tent area and a set of bleechers (parents only), If you have any questions as it pertains to this meet please let's go over it now.  have a great day full of blessings
