Afternoon TriCity, today's practice session is cancelled (26 SEPT) we will resume on Monday (30 SEPT) at Moon Lake (by the tennis courts) at 6:00 pm. Please make sure you bring a bottle of water and insure that you are consuming enough water during the day (hydrate). Enjoy your weekend, be safe, stay focus and most of all beware of your surroundings.

200 pushups = 20 reps x 10 sets
200 situps= 20 reps x 10 sets
200 planks= 20 reps x 10 sets
400 jumps=40 reps x 10 sets
