Sparkman Track and Field Varsity competed Saturday, 3-7-20 in the Bob Jones Red Coat Meet in Madison, AL.  

 

The Boys finished 5th and the Girls finished 8th out of 18 teams.

 

Jon Keiser (Sr) stood out in the Boys field events taking 1st place in the Javelin and 3rd place in the Discus. Jon’s Javelin throw of 163-02 is a PR for Jon and a new Sparkman High School Record!

In the Girls Field events, Kaylyn Hardrick (Sr) took second in Shot Put with a throw of 37-08.00. This is a new PR for Kaylyn!

In the Boys Field Events, two other Senators took 3rd place honors. Brody Wallace (Jr) placed 3rd in Pole Vault with a jump of 11-00.00. Michael Poe (Jr) took 3rd place in Shot Put with a throw of 42-04.75. This is a new PR for Michael!

The Boys 100m Dash saw Johnny Holloway (Jr) in 3rd place with a time of 11.04. Also a PR for Johnny!
