Strong Showing This Week!

Thanks to a strong start from the senior class Catholic Central has clinched the "Catholic Classic" for the second straight year. Senior WR/DB Reid LeClaire led the attack with 4 touchdowns (2 Recieving/ 2 INT Returns) early in the first quarter. QB Kai Sampson connected with LeClaire on both his receptions. Seniors Sampson and RB Levi Takahashi each chipped in with lengthy rushing touchdowns to seal the victory. Takahasi's 53 yard 2nd quarter touchdown was the biggest play of the day for the Cougars.

The Cougas will enjoy their bye week this week, and then look to continue their winning ways In two weeks with a match up against a stout W.R. Meyers squad. The game will be in Taber on Friday, September 8th at 7PM.
