Strike Force Academy is hosting their annual Stow High School baseball camp, which will help benefit the Stow Baseball program. Half of the proceeds will be used for Stow Baseball, and to help them with expenses throughout the high school season. This is Strike Force's, and Stows second year doing this camp, and was very successful last season. This camp is a great way to meet your head baseball coach Aaron Debord. This camp will be four hours and include:
- Pitching - work off our mounds, participate in throwing drills and get instruction about mechanics and accuracy.
- Hitting - Tee work, Soft toss, and Front Toss
- Fielding - Field ground balls on our 110x70 field
- Catching - work on blocking, throwing and positioning with our catching instructors

Speed and Agility - hurdles, cones and ladders drills to improve footwork and reaction times

FUNDRAISER
This will be used as a fundraiser for the Stow High School baseball team.
This event is for Stow residents only or those wanting to attend Stow High School.
