Players are NOT allowed To Tryout Without 

Medical Clearance and Paid Baseball Fees  

Deadline, Friday- February 23rd 

 

CHERRY CREEK HIGH SCHOOLS ATHLETICS REGISTRATION 

Get the Athletic Physical Form online from CCHS Website at http://cherrycreek.ccsdathletics.org

Take Physical Form to Athletic Office (if you don’t have a 2017-2018 Physical Form On File) 

Pay the $90.00 Spring Fee at the Athletic Office or Online – Payable to Cherry Creek High School 

Get a Receipt from the Athletic Office 

All Forms Must Be Received and Time Stamped by the Athletic Office at Cherry Creek High School by the deadline

 

CHERRY CREEK DIAMOND CLUB REGISTRATION 

Go to www.cherrycreekbaseball.org and complete the online Registration  

under the Spring tab in the navigation bar

Varsity pictures will start at 7:30 am, Junior Varsity 7:45 am, Sophomores 8:00 am, Freshman  8:15 am
