SSSF Ambushed in the Jungle!

SSSF opened the night up with a great win for James Malvesti by tapout via kimura at 1:54 of round 1. James showed some dominating ground work in this one. 

In the next fight, SSSF's Matt Johnson outstruck his opponent on the feet and took him down at will smothering him with GnP throughout the first round. Unfortunately as they came out for the second, out of nowhere Matt was caught by a head kick and was finished with a series of unanswered shots as he went to the canvas. Official result was a loss by TKO due to strikes at :31 seconds of round 2.  

The final fight of the night for SSSF didn't end much better. Eric Foley, who previously defeated his opponent in a fight early in the year, was on the losing end of this highly anticipated rematch. The fight featured some wild and entertaining back and forth action but Foley got stuck up against the fence midway through the second and the ref was force to step in. Official result was a loss by TKO due to strikes at 2:00 of round 2.

It is worth mentioning that SSSF' Melinda Wall won the night's "Best Tattoos" contest!
