About the U16 (Gray)
  • Practices will begin in September and a handful of scrimmages are also planned
  • One fall tournament will be scheduled – TBA
  • Indoor workouts will begin the first week in December and will be held on Wednesdays and Sundays through the month of March
  • Each workout is two hours in length and concludes with a 40 minute strength and conditioning session
  • Nine to ten tournaments will be scheduled between early April and late July with practices and scrimmages sprinkled throughout the summer during the week
  • Approximately half of the tournaments will be held locally and the other half within driving distance in the Midwest
