Dig In Baseball is a Maryland baseball training, coaching and skills development organization with tournament teams and a collegiate squad.

The company is owned by Will Frazier and Steve Ballance, who both created Dig In and serve as head coaches within the outfit.

Frazier was a first-team All-Met selection at Riverdale Baptist School and played collegiately at the University of Maryland.   In 2010, Frazier coached his 13u team to an AAU National Championship.

Ballance is currently the head varsity baseball coach at Glenelg High School.   In 2009, as head coach at Anne Arundel Community College, he was named Maryland Junior College Coach of the Year.
