The Exchange Football Leagues (EFL) objective shall be to implant into the youth of the communities the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, and courage so that they may be individuals who will reflect credit upon themselves, their parents, and their communities. 

EFL strives to promote the value of participation in youth football as a wholesome environment for the challenge of competition, the joy of victory, the reality of defeat, the importance of commitment, and the spirit of community and teamwork.
