Florida Gold Torres (FKA Miami Springs Lightning) is all about family and the development of outstanding young women.  Since the inception of the Lightning, we have made it a point to instill in these young ladies the value of hard work and comradery.  These two core principles have laid down the foundation of what these girls are today.  Most of our girls have been together since 8U.  They are great athletes, but more importantly they are phenomenal students, great sisters, humanitarians, and humbled daughters.  

We express the importance of working together and supplying leadership when needed.  We expect these ladies to accomplish great things in the years to come.
