Greater Dufferin Hockey League began in the 2009-2010 season known as the Orangeville Young Guns.  Starting with family and friends, the first year saw 4 teams play Saturday nights at Tony Rose Memorial Arena in Orangeville.  League Champions in 2009-2010 were the Redneck Yacht Club.  The main objective of the league was to have quick competitive hockey and a good mix of players from the ages of 19 to 45.

Since then we have steadily grown into the place to go for year round adult hockey in the Greater Dufferin Area.  This winter we will have 20 teams playing over 4 nights at Teen Ranch.
