GHL: a non-profit and an invitiation-only gym ball hockey league that prides itself on the quality of hockey, competition and brotherhood.

The main reason to keep it invitational only is to keep a high-level of competition while being able to play the game we love with our own friends and family.

We hope we can provide a great environment for hockey and community, while upholding a competitive atmosphere among all players and teams.
