Mission

Our mission is to develop our young athletes in a positive and safe environment, through hard work, discipline and perseverance.   We will ensure the girls have solid mastery of fundamentals to spring board their softball careers to the next level with exceptional skills, sportsmanship, knowledge and leadership both on and off the field.

Goal

Win or lose, we will earn the respect of opponents, coaches and other players by playing well, competing fiercely and promoting a positive brand.  Our girls will develop self-discipline, a strong work ethic, confidence, respect for themselves and the importance of team work.

Focus

We are looking for Athletes, who are committed to working hard, playing harder and give 110% effort at all times. We emphasize the importance of respect for teammates, opponents, coaches and officials.  We will have a large focus on improving our softball fundamentals, leverage sporting situations to translate into better individuals by developing skills needed for life.
