About the Player Pool

 

 

 

Since 1993, the Pacific Coast Baseball League remains the premier adult baseball league in Southern California. We run five seasons and two tournaments each year. We provide a venue to 120+ teams and over 1,600 players to develop their skills while maintaining good sportsmanship, teamwork and competitive baseball in a fun and exciting format.


We are a non-profit adult sports organization and your registration covers field rental, baseballs, insurance, officials, staff, equipment cost and operating expenses. Season rates may increase occasionally to off-set rate increases for field rental (school district mandated by law) and insurance costs. Your tax deductible contributions for team sponsorship are greatly appreciated and help cover the cost of fields, trophies & league website.

Our Fall starts in early September with Open Tryouts and 1 weekend of pre-season scrimmages to get the kinks out and look at some new players. League play begins in September with play-offs and the Championship Games in November. The season is scheduled for prox 10 league games plus two rounds of Play-offs and the Championship. Your team fee includes everything except umpires fees which are $120 per team paid to an umpire each game.
