Mission Statement

To provide the youth of Riverdale an opportunity to develop sportsmanship, respect, teamwork, and leadership skills through participation in football.  It is our objective to teach each child the value of fair play, hard work and competitiveness, both on and off the field. 

Specific Objectives

• Acquaint the players with basic football concepts and game rules
• To teach players the safe and appropriate fundamentals of blocking and tackling
• To teach sportsmanship, discipline and respect
• To teach players the importance of setting goals and how to work within a team environment to accomplish those goals
• To encourage and prepare future members of the Riverdale High School football program

Above all, we want our youth football players to have fun and gain confidence in themselves!!!!
