The Trotter Organization wants to provide young Athletes with the ability to Excel to their highest levels and give each Athlete endless possibility. We want each player to walk away feeling more confident in themselves and ability to play the game.  Trotters pride ourself in having great coaches leaders in everyday life lessons as well as teaching the game of basketball.

We are traveling Basketball teams that play to compete at a National Level in AAU

Our Season goes from February - June

Be prepared to we play within 1 -1.5 hours surrounding areas plus 1 -2 tournaments possibly several hours away.  You can have a weekend over night stay when you travel outside the normal distance.  Within 1 weekend players can play 3-5 games depending on how they place in the tournament.

National go into July

Players & Parents need to be able to commit to this time frame. Our coaches take their time to dedicate to these players!  It is not fair the players, team or coaches if you are NOT Dedicated this is to only help each player improve as TEAM.

Our Teams can continue on into the Fall if they choose to.

What is AAU???

The AAU Girls' Basketball Program was established in 1972 as part of the AAU Junior Olympic program. Prior to 1972, the AAU Men's and Women's Committee conducted basketball championships, which included a single junior division. The National Championships started in two age divisions (15u &18u) and have expanded to nine (10u through 18u) plus the Junior Olympic Games, the NICs (National Invitational Championships, now called Division II National Championships) and the 10 thru 13 Western Championship. In 2003, 651 teams competed for ten AAU Girls' Basketball National Championship crowns, with 280 additional teams playing in our newly named D-II National Championships. Girls' Basketball remains the number one Sport in all of the AAU. We are trying to grow the Boys side of this sport.
