Utah Competitive Bantam Basketball League for Boys and Girls is operated by the group that operates the Utah County Bantam Basketball League, the largest of it's kind in the country. The league is designed to help high school programs develop feeder programs into thier high schools while also allowing a large number of players to be exposed to playing at competitive levels. Utah Bantam also works to assist high school programs in fundraising efforts through the operation of the league.

Players on teams in the league should reside in, or be slated to attend, the school they represent in the league. This promotes community while also keeping a competitive balance in the league. Additionally, all players and coaches must have current AAU numbers to play in the league.
