We are the William Blount Lady Governors Lacrosse Team. We are made up of students from Heritage High School and William Blount High School. Our Team was established in 2020 by AD's Scott Cupp and Robbie Bennett with the help of Blount County School board employee Stan Burnett and Coach James Davis. This organization was formed to give the girls in our community another sport to play while having school oversite. We are commited to giving everything we can to this sport and the student athletes that participate in it. We want each student athlete that plays for us to excel both academically and athletically. We hope that each girl that plays for us not only learns to play the sport but learns life skills that they will carry with them thoughout their lives. Go Lady Govs!
