Incredible job done on my Rawlings Heart of the Hide Harper glove that has been my go-to glove for almost ten years now. Glove got beat up playing college baseball, and during plenty of leagues after that, and it was brought right back to life.
Highly recommend and all for just $40. Great value, great person!

I didn't even know this type of company existed until last week! My grandson (8) wanted to try baseball, so my daughter-in-law asked if we had any leftover kid's gloves or bats, and having 5 boys we always have some type of leftover sports gear laying around. I gave her what I had. A while later she noticed the glove had my maiden name written on it. That's when I realized it was my glove from when I was a little girl! Needless to say it had started falling apart. She tried to replace some of the broken strings on her own with kits on Amazon just to hold it together temporarily, but the actual fingers were cracking open.
Calling it a loss she tried to buy him a new glove, but he didn't want just any glove, he wanted Nonna's glove! His team had just won the regional championship and was playing in the state semi-finals THAT weekend! I HAD to figure out how to fix this...ASAP! I asked for recommendations online and called Gordon. He had me drop off the glove that day and he had it back to me in 48 hours. He reinforced the finger that was split open, and replaced all the strings with upgraded ones (but not SO upgraded that they would be too tough for an 8yo). He really knows his stuff! A professional glove expert and an awesome guy to just sit and talk to about everything. Gordon is your man! My grandson was able to play in his state game today with his favorite glove...my 37 year old glove.

Meeting A1 Glove Repair at a baseball event was probably one of the best things that has happened in my baseball career. I always found it extremely difficult to break in a new glove but also to repair a glove on my own. I could never quite break the glove in correctly, or fix it properly, and thats exactly what A1 Glove repair did for me. Playing four years in college we were fortunate enough to receive gloves. I always remember bringing my glove back to my dorm room and packaging it up just to be shipped to A1 Glove Repair before I even brought it on to the field. I am extremely thankful to have found A1 Glove Repair as they kept my gloves in the best condition and kept them in that condition for a long time.

I started using a new mitt that my parents bought me a few years ago, but I wanted to put a new web in my old mitt so that I would have it as a back-up. So, my mom dropped it off to Mr. King on Monday. She did not realize how much there was to know about buying a glove and also reconditioning a glove. She was really impressed with Mr. King and could not wait to get home to tell me about everything she had just learned. My Dad and I picked the mitt up on that Thursday and received the same education on gloves that my mom did. We were also impressed and extremely appreciative of Mr. King. My mitt turned out great and I will always reach out to Mr. King before ever purchasing another glove. It was a great experience!

Took my current glove in to get the web relaced as well as my very old and worn high school glove for a full relace. I got my current one back 3 days later and I was very impressed with the final product. Not only was the web fixed, but the whole glove had been oiled and felt brand new. It even took me a few days to break it in. A couple weeks later I got the old glove, and I barely recognized it. For a glove with so many years on it, I couldn't believe the amount of work Gordon put into it to make it look so nice. It got new laces, completely oiled up, and he went so far as to replace some of the inside leather that had been tearing! I am extremely pleased with my experience and I am really excited for the new life I will get out of my gloves.

My dad brought my Wilson glove to Gordon to have it restrung because the strings came apart. I needed my glove back before Saturday so I could work out with Coach Juan. Gordon had it completely restored and rebuilt in 24 hours! The new strings look great and my glove looks brand new.

I was trying to find someone to recondition my ball gloves and searched high and low. I was getting ready to toss them in a box, but then I found A1 Glove Repair and Sales.
Gordon has reconditioned and restrung my Rawlings glove and my Dad's Nakona catchers mitt. I use them both all of the time. The special glove conditioner I get from A1 is incredible. It soaks right in and doesn't leave a film. Keeps the leather supple and helps keep the inside in great condition as well. The gloves still look great and are used all of the time.

Highly recommend Gordon for all glove repairs. A few years ago he relaced a few gloves and restored a 50 year old glove that was in bad shape. Now the laces on my sons catchers mitt broke in the middle of high school tryouts. I took the glove to him and he repaired it and had it back to us a day later. If we ever need any other repairs we will definitely use A1 glove repair.
