The Illinois Chargers were formed in 2005 with the intent to create a quality full-time travel baseball opportunity for your children as well as parents.  We started out with only two teams 9U & 10U at that point and grew into the 5 boys teams we currently have from 12U thru 16U. We have added two 12U Girls Softball Team in 2022. Our philosophy is to offer a top tier/sparks program at a Charger Price.  We do our best to provide high quality instructors, team speed/strength training and a positive team working environment.  We like to develop players the best we can and have fun along the way.  Many parents/players forget that baseball is an enjoyable & fun game to play.  Sure there are tense moments and agony of defeat but as a team we get through the bad times with team chemistry & comradarie.  Comradarie is a word that is taken for granted.  Many times lost!  The Illinois Chargers will continue to strive to be the best, compete with the best and develop our players not only to be great baseball players but great people.
