ONLINE ATHLETIC CLEARANCE

 

Quick steps for parents/students using the online athletic clearance process.

  1. Register: Register/create a new account. Parents register with valid email username and password. (click on register button below login)
  2. Select “Start New Clearance here” to start the process.
  3. Choose the school year “2019-2020”, Select school “California (CIF-SS)”, Choose Sport (select sport student will be playing first). For Multiple Sports: Once you complete a clearance for one sport, most of the information you have entered will be retained in the system. Select additional sports when you get to the confirmation page. To register for an additional sport, select New Clearance after enter the year, school and sport most of your information will auto fill).
  4. Complete all required fields for Student Information, Educational History, Medical History and Signature Forms.
  5. Once you reach the Confirmation Message you have completed the registration process. Your student is NOT CLEARED until you have printed and turned in the signature verification form and completed hard copy physical form to the Activities Office.
  6. All this data will be electronically filed with your school’s athletic department for review. When the student has been cleared for participation, an email notification will be sent.
