The Comet Bat Girl squad has a long and proud tradition in the Comet Baseball program. For decades they have played an imporant role with the Comets serving as press box attendants, umpire hostesses, concession stand helpers, video tapers and statisticians, among other duties.

     Bat Girls are chosen on the basis of appearance, character, scholarship and baseball knowledge as exhibited by the completion of a minimum 90% score on a written test.  Their help is greatly appreciated by the players, coaches and fans.
