Coaches and Managers
We will change the Check in date for your convenience.
You will have 2 options to make your Check-in (Via E-mail or Hotel Check in)
1st Option: Via E-mail Check In. Scan and Send you Documents (PDF Only). Please include your team name and age group in the subject of the
e-mail. All your documents below must be sent via e-mail by Wednesday February 12th. to hcsatournaments@outlook.com
- Official Roster with jersey numbers. Guest player must be noted and can be handwritten on the roster. Roster must be signed by the Coach or Manager. (PDF Only). Roster need to be finalized in Gotsoccer by Wednesday February 12th.
- Approved and laminated photo ID Cards or Virtual Cards for all roster players, including the guest players. If a player does not have a USYSA ID Card it is require to contact the Tournament Director. (PDF Only)
- Kid Safe pass for Coaches that will be in the player sidelines. (PDF Only)
- Travel Permit only for teams outside of South Texas (PDF Only)
Note for Medical Release Forms . You do not need to send the medical release form via e-mail but will need to have them at the fields.

All team representatives must provide the following at Tournament Check-In:
