2. APPROVED AND LAMINATED PHOTO USYSA ID or US CLUB SOCCER ID CARDS FOR ALL ROSTER PLAYERS, INCLUDING THE GUEST PLAYERS (UNLIMITED GUEST PLAYES)
3. PLAYERS NO ID CARD
