A 2009 graduate and three time All-Conference selection of West Lincoln High School, Ethan Beck signed with Lenoir Rhyne and Coach Paul Knight to continue his baseball career with the Bears.  As a freshman Ethan struggled to find playing time, but continue to dedicate himself to baseball.  Just prior to his sophomore season, Ethan decided to give up on his dream of playing collegiate baseball as he chose to pursue other athletic opportunities at Lenior Rhyne.  It was only after missing the game that Ethan chose to again pursue his dreams of playing college baseball.  Unfortunately, back injuries would not allow him to stay on the field and Ethan was eventually forced to give up baseball for good.
