• 2022 Whiff Roasters Order Forms. Sale runs from September 14-28, 2022. Coffee should be picked up at practice on October 25.

• 2022 Ephrata Fair Parade Permission Slip. Slips are due by Tuesday, September 20 - no exceptions!

 

• 2022 Registration Form - Please register and pay online starting May 14, 2022. (A late fee applies after July 1, 2022.) If it is not possible for you to register online, please request a registration form by sending a direct message to Ephrata Youth Football via Facebook or by emailing ephratayouthfootball@gmail.com.                                       

 

• 2022 Ephrata Youth Football Waiver Form - This form has been incorporated into the online registration form this year.

• Red Rose Player Contract / Physical Form - This form must be printed and completed (including a doctor's signature) for all players before they will be allowed to practice.
