FORMS - 2017 SEASON
SUMMER 2017 (These are latest forms)
Before the start of each playing season ,2016_Town_sign_up_form.xls that season’s registration form will be required from each town.
For each team registered to play in the summer and in the fall, the 2016_Manager_-Coaches-Form.xlsbe provided to the league.
Teams are required to use WPBA logo baseballs.Towns should order them for delivery prior to the summer and fall seasons using the latest Baseball Form. WPBA-_2016_Baseball_Order_Form_1-1-2016_.xls
Please complete the 2016_TEAM_ROSTER_FORM.xls when requested by your League Director.
Managers, Coaches, and Umpires, please read the WPBA Rules 3-31-2015 Updated
Managers, you are responsible for keeping the 2016-Pitching_Record_Form.xls up to date.
Downloading Forms - Possible Issue - Please Review
If you are having trouble downloading forms and are using Google, you may need to adjust your Google Toolbar settings.
The Google Toolbar is blocking pop-ups for the site, depending on how they are set up.
Please go to the Google wrench icon in upper right hand side of the screen, click on it, select tools, and unclick the allow pop-up button.
From then on you should always be able to access and download from site.
