I hereby agree and consent to the following parameters as conditions of participation in the NOLA Adult Baseball League:
I will observe all rules as established by the NOLA ADULT BASEBALL LEAGUE, at all times.
I understand that fighting, physical abuse of players, umpires, or spectators, and the use of abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated by the NOLA ADULT BASEBALL LEAGUE and any violation of this rule could result in my banishment or suspension from the league and forfeiture of all fees paid.
I certify that I am 18 years of age.
I realize that the total responsibility for any injury, accident, incident, illness, or death to me or my person or damage to property while participating in ANY NOLA ADULT BASEBALL LEAGUE activity, game, practice or function, including, but not limited to ANY NOLA ADULT BASEBALL LEAGUE mandated or scheduled functions are solely mine. I fully realize that any costs incurred for any reason are mine.
I realize that participation includes possible exposure to illness or death from infectious diseases including but not limited to Covid-19, MRSA and Influenza. While some rules and personal discipline may reduce the risk, the risk does exist.
I realize that there is no guaranteed playing time on any given team, associated with regular season and playoff play.
By signing this agreement I release the NOLA ADULT BASBEBALL LEAGUE, including its coaches, umpires, administrators, managers and any facilities from any liabilities or cost.
I fully agree that the terms and conditions of this agreement are binding.
