Letter from the President

It amazes me how far we, the OUTLAWS, have come in such a short time.  I am so proud to think that this organization may of had a small part in helping hundreds of female athletes realize their dreams of playing collegiate softball.  The Outlaws are now ranked in the Top 5 in the country for Division 1 recruited athletes.  This amazing feat would not be possible without the unmatched commitments of our athletes, parents, and coaches - believing in our mission to be the best.

When I started the Outlaws in 2009, I wanted to bring something to this area that no other organization was offering.  What I was looking to do could not be found anywhere in the state of Ohio, or our neighboring states, for that matter.  Some people (okay, most people) told me I was crazy.  That didn't bother me, as that is usually the reaction when people hear about big dreams and/or something that has never been done before.

As I sit here today, I know that hard work and dedication pays off.  The perseverance of my Outlaws family has not only proven my dreams true, but has taken us to the top.  We continue to be invited to compete at the highest level of play in the country.  This experience has helped us become a leader in helping young women receive athletic scholarships to continue their education while playing softball at the next level.  The many success stories of our athletes has established the Outlaws as one of the premier recruited organizations in the Midwest.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention the great relationships we have established with college coaches.  Thank you for believing in our program and continuing to come watch our athletes perform on the biggest stages offered.

As our organization grows and our dreams get bigger, we will continue to seek out athletes and families that share a belief in our program.  We look forward to supporting future generations of talented athletes play this game we all love.  Thank you to my Outlaws family for your devotion, loyalty, and support of this great organization.  Dreams do come true.

BE AN OUTLAW!

Sincerely,

Warren Wolff
