As a member of the Ohio Outlaws organization I not only represent myself and family, but also my team and the entire organization.

1) I understand there is zero tolerance for poor player conduct.

2) I will represent myself, my family, my team and the Ohio Outlaws with dignity and integrity at all times.

3) I will treat fellow teammates, coaches, umpires, and other teams with respect at all times.

4) I will play with pride and intensity no matter the circumstance of the game.

5) I will support my teammates and maintain a positive attitude even if I am not in the starting line-up.

6) I will be courteous and respectful to opponents, game officials, and tournament officials. All questions/disputes will be addressed by the coaching staff.

7) I will be respectful to my teammates, coaches, and parents.

8) I will refrain from any outbursts of anger, temper, or poor sportsmanship.

9) I will be properly and appropriately dressed for participation on the field.

10) I will be responsible for my own equipment and the team's equipment.

11) I will respect and do no harm to any facilities that I use, including, but not limited to: fields, practice facilities and hotels.

12) I will absolutely refrain from any involvement with drugs, tobacco, or alcohol.

13) I will not direct negative cheers or comments toward opposing teams.

14) I will not use vulgar or offensive language or gestures regardless of the circumstance.

15) I will remain in the dugout after the team enters for the pregame until released by the coaches after completion of the game.
