2021 Knox County Babe Ruth Fall Baseball League
The Knox County Babe Ruth Fall Baseball League(KCBRFBL) Is a non profit,charitable and voluntary organization with no coaches, commissioners, board members, or directors being paid a salary. All money is generated from registration fees and concession income.Since this is a voluntarily run program, please do your part to help out with coaching, grounds work, clean up, etc. It is our objective to provide a fun, competitive program while teaching good sportsmanship, fundamentals, and responsibility.

Note: Age qualifications for current year begin Nov. 1st 2020. Ages begin 13 and run thru 17. In addition players who have completed last year of L.L. are also elgible.

As a parent/legal guardian of the child named above, I hereby give my full consent, and approval for my child as a team member of the KCBRFBL. I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play of this sport, as well as traveling and other related activities.Incidental to my Childs participation, and I am willing to assume these risks on behalf of my child. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in the KCBRFBL, activities and that my child is healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in these activities, except as listed below:

In addition to giving my full consent for my Childs participation. I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless the KCBRFBL, its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors, umpires, and representatives for any injury that my that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in the designated sport and the activities incidental thereto, whether the result of negligence or any other cause.
I the undersigned, understand that the KCBRFBL and its officers will not tolerate unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind by players, coaches or spectators. I understand that only managers and coaches are permitted talk to umpires about any calls. Coaches, Players, or Spectators making derogatory comments to umpires, coaches, league officials, other players, etc, will not be tolerated. Any player, coach, or spectator not following these rules shall be asked to leave the park. Failure to to leave the park when asked will result in the game being held up, until said person leaves the park, and the possibilities of criminal charges being filed by the league. I promise to do my part to provide positive and clean atmosphere for the league

Important notice Any person that did not compete in the 2019 Summer Babe Ruth program must provide copy of birth certificate, along with application, and fees.
Registration/sign up day,will be at Memorial Park Mount Vernon, Ohio,at the Babe Ruth announcers booth, the time and date will be posted on the web site . At registration parent, guardian or player depending on age must complete this application,have a copy of birth certificate, $100 player fee. First 55 to 60 players who sign up will be placed on a team, depending on number of teams. A coach will contact you to inform you of what team you have been placed on.
If you are unable to make it on sign up day, during specified times,you may mail your application, along with check/money order for the proper amount ( No CASH in mail please), and birth certificate To: Hank Snow 109 McKinley Ave. Mount Vernon , Ohio 43050.
