Players

 

The Spartan Soccer Program (Varsity and Junior Varsity) will be ordering team shirts and uniform socks for the season.  Every member of the program must order a shirt, pair of white socks and a pair of green socks.  Details are below:

 

Varsity Cost:  $35.00 (Includes dri-fit shirt with number on it, 1 pair of white socks and 1 pair of green socks.  Player keeps shirt and socks.)

 

 

Junior Varsity Cost:  $25.00  (Includes spartan soccer shirt, 1 pair of white socks and 1 pair of green socks.  Player keeps shirt and socks.)

 

All costs must be paid in cash.  Players will not play in scrimmage or games until payment has been made.  Please contact Coach DuPrau with any questions or concerns.

 

"Not preparing, is preparing to fail"

 

Are you preparing the night before a game or training?  Make sure the following are set for the next morning:

  • Shirt

  • Shorts

  • Socks

  • Cleats

  • Shin-pads

  • Have a warm top if it is cold, or a thin top if it is hot - to wear if they are substituted

  • Water bottle

Clean and dry out cleats

I can remember, as a player, once leaving my cleats muddy and wet in a plastic bag to be dried and cleaned “later”. I had to wear them in a match, cold, wet and heavy. Not nice. I never did it again and I always encourage my players to clean their cleats the minute they get home.
