Licensed (Certified) Referees - Getting Started
After receiving your official license, please contact the BFSA referee coordinator, Stephanie Hobbs-Vetter, to be added to our contact list.
As of January 2024, GameOfficials has gone offline and the State referee committee has chosen to move all referee coordination to Assignr. All registered referees should have received a request to join their new account on this platform in December 2023. At this time, there are at least 2 different groups for the West River Area, including a Northern Hills group, of which Belle Fourche is a part. Please reach out to the Belle Fourche Soccer Association's Referee Coordinator, Stephanie Hobbs-Vetter if you need more information.
Finally, visit the Official Sports website to see the Grassroots Referee Starter Kits. WSDSRA uses the yellow shirt kits.
- Contact the BFSA referee coordinator, Stephanie Hobbs-Vetter, before purchasing a kit.
- FALL 2023 - Board approval has been given for youth referees to receive an 11-piece grassroots starter kit (pictured below) for a refundable $25 deposit and a commitment to referee 5 total games in Belle Fourche over the soccer year (Fall, Indoor, and Spring). Please contact the BFSA referee coordinator to purchase this kit on your behalf.
