If you wish to try-out and play for the Titans or wish to affiliate with the Titans if you are in last year of Midget then the following are applicable:

1.  if you were previously rostered to a team within the AJFHL you will need to obtain a signed Permission to Try-out or Player Release form (click either of the following 2 links) : Permission to Try Out www.hockeyalberta.ca/uploads/source/Forms/2016-17%20NEW%20LOGO/General/Letter_of_Permission_-_Try_Out.pdf, or,  Player Release: www.hockeyalberta.ca/uploads/source/Forms/2016-17%20NEW%20LOGO/General/Player_Release_Form.pdf
2.  if you have aged out of minor hockey you do not need to obtain a release from your minor hockey association; and,
