Rules Surrey Summer Slo-Pitch Rules 2022

• All teams shall play six (6) males and four (4) females in the field.
• Must begin game with minimum 9 players 
• If a team starts with 9 players and a player arrives late, that player may enter the game immediately and must occupy the last position in the batting order provided the team has not cycled through the batting order yet. If the player does not arrive by the time the position in the batting order is scheduled to bat that position in the batting order will be an automatic out.
- BC 9 Rule
• A team will legally be allowed to start a game with nine (9) players from the official start time of the game. The same team is not allowed to add a tenth player to the batting order at any time for the balance of the game.
• The team who starts game with (9) players must finish the game with the 
nine (9) players.
• Any player who is listed on the line-up card as a substitute may enter the 
game only as a substitute player.
• Max 5 males in the lineup when playing BC 9 players
• In case of injury, transfer to BC 9 for no auto out – injured player may not re-enter game.
• Batting line-up must follow SPN
• Maximum 5 Courtesy Runners allowed 
• All players must have FIRST AND LAST NAME on sheet before game time 
• Male must play minimum 5 games to qualify for playoffs
• Females must play 4 games to qualify for playoffs
