Alphbet with your feet (spell out the alphabet)
Heel Walks & Toe Walks
Scrunch a towel with your toes (& more) Calf raises, single leg dead lift, & wall squats

Ice & Ibuprophen
Take dixie cup with frozen water. Push it against the shin. Massage motion.
